Congrats Card:)

I made this card the other day and I just had to share:)  I love the color combo...can't tell one of my fav colors is red can ya?

All products SU:  Whisper White, Real Red cardstock; Real Red, Old Olive, Basic Black ink; The More The Merrier, Congrats stamp sets; 1 3/8" circle, Scalloped circle punches; Whisper White ribbon;  a dotted Texturz plate in the Big Shot; and Stampin' Dimensionals.
