wrist update

I went to the dr this afternoon for a recheck on my wrist. So here is the report:

It is healing well. I am able to remove the splint, but must be CAREFUL! I must wear the splint when anywhere doing anything that might cause me to want to lift...NO LIFTING allowed...She didn't say I couldn't "scraplift" tho!!!LOL I must be extra careful for at least 3-4 more weeks. Her instructions were to "let it knit back together...honey you really tore up those tendons!"

So there we go I think I've given the full update.
