I started with a blank sheet of Pool Party CS and added some images from Elements of Style Stamp Set in Pool Party Ink. I then punched the bottom edge of the card with the Scallop Trim Border Punch and added a Modern Label Punch with the Thank You sentiment and some cute little pearls:)

Wow, it looks like store bought patterned paper! I love it. I love the scalloped bottom of the card as well! Awesome card.
