Birthday Season is beginning!!!

We're off with a bang for April!  This starts our "Birthday Season" around here!  We have several friends and family members with Birthdays from April-July:)  We have birthdays nearly every month but our "heavy season" is the spring and early summer...ok anyhow...my youngest dd's 9th birthday is this next weekend sooo....I've begun preparations and have cut files made for nearly all the crafts and decorations for the party...here is a peek at the front of her invites...

Now normally I would've had a photo of the inside or, in this case, what's under the pulltab and just blurred the info...but my battery died on my camera during that shot soooo....I'm sorry but you'll just have to imagine how the inside looks with cute lil lines and all her party info and a date stamp.

I started with a base of Crumb Cake CS and then used a layer of Greenhouse Gala DSP.  I cut the Elephant from Basic Gray CS and the Trees/shrubs are Wild Wasabi and Soft Suede CS.  The ribbon is Pear Pizzaz Seam Binding Ribbon.  All edges inked in Early Espresso ink.
