Lazarus Come Forth...

I am responsible for the Preschool SS Class the next couple of weeks.  I am teaching about Jesus calling Lazarus forth from the tomb tomorrow and made these dolls to help me tell the story:)

Lazarus wrapped tightly in graveclothes with Jesus, Mary and Martha crying:(

Jesus raised Lazarus:)  All smiling and Lazarus's graveclothes are unwound:)

Lesson never complete without a take home project...we're going to wrap Lazarus in graveclothes and unwind them:)  I made 15 of these cute lil Lazaruses:)  Now just have to get the strips of cloth cut for the kiddos to wind and unwind:)  Sorry bus workers!  But we love to have fun learning!

The paperdolls from EDPD made with Blush Blossom for the flesh, hair is Close to Cocoa, clothes are Basic Black and Basic Grey, graveclothes are Very Vanilla with Close to Cocoa ink.  Faces stamped using Basic Black ink and tears are made using Bashful Blue Stampin'  Write Marker.
