I'm teaching an online class making this little treat bag. I found the idea over at Split Coast Stampers. I used Kiwi Kiss Cardstock, the So Swirly Wheel, the Polka Dot Punches Heart stamp and clear embossing powder. I cut the hearts from Plantin Schoolbook on the Cricut and the edge punch is a MS eyelet...i should have my new Eyelet edger with better scallops this week from SU:) The ribbon is Whisper White 1/4 in Grosgrain from SU.
